Jennifer Ladwig is currently the Associate Partner and Head of Organization Development & Culture at Q5, a specialist organization design and development consultancy. Jennifer has experience as a Director at their own Independent Consulting Practice, as a Program Manager at Barclays Capital, and as a Director at UBS Investment Bank. Prior to that, Jennifer worked as a Manager at Accenture and as a Legislative Intern at the U.S. House of Representatives.
