Prior to Q5, Kate held the position of Manager for Social and Economic Development at the International Council on Mining and Metals, where collaboration among senior leaders drove sustainable mining investment outcomes. Experience includes a role as Head of Strategy & Insight at Cancer Research UK, shaping strategic agendas for significant initiatives, and serving as a Manager in Accenture's Global Strategy Practice, delivering strategic solutions for notable organizations in the energy and finance sectors. Academic credentials include an MSc in Development Studies from SOAS University of London and a BSc in Geography from the University of Birmingham.
