Karen Manucharian

Karen Manucharian has been working as a Release Manager at QA Madness since July 2019. Karen ensures that releases meet expectations, manages the release process, reviews product/team readiness, and communicates status to prevent and resolve issues. Previously, Karen was a QA Engineer at the same company, performing various testing tasks, managing the QA team, and communicating with clients and stakeholders. Karen also completed a software testing course at Sigma Software Group. Karen holds a Master's degree in Information Technology Project Management from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics and another Master's degree in Management and Administration of organizations from O.M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv.
