Neil Gigg has extensive experience in IT and systems management, currently serving as the Head of Systems and Infrastructure at QA Ltd since April 2009, after previously holding the title of IT Systems Manager. Prior to QA Ltd, Neil worked as a Technical Manager at First4iT from January 2006 to March 2009, and as a Senior Support professional at Plane Handling between February 2004 and December 2005. Earlier in career, Neil held the position of Technical Manager at Talking Business Ltd from May 1994 to January 2004. Neil completed an ONC in Telecommunications from Reading College of Arts and Technology, studying from 1994 to 1996, and also attended Langley College from 1992 to 1994.
