Yiannis Kapetanstratakis has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Yiannis started their career in 2008 as a Trainee at Hygeia Hospital. Yiannis then worked as a Placement at ELE.TOX in 2008-2009. In 2010, they had a Summer Placement at Manlove Forensics Ltd. Yiannis transitioned into the Greek Army in 2011, where they served as a Chemical Analyst until 2012. In the same year, they worked as a Scientific Advisor/Trainee at Korres Natural Products for a brief period. Since 2012, Yiannis has been associated with QACS - The Challenge Test Laboratory. Yiannis initially worked as a Safety Assessor until 2015, and then took on the role of Head of Services Department. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in cosmetics safety assessment, product information filing, efficacy testing, and chemical analysis.
Yiannis Kapetanstratakis pursued their education by first completing a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry at the University of Patras, attending from 2004 to 2009. Subsequently, they enrolled in the University of Strathclyde, studying from 2009 to 2010, where they earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Forensic Science.
