Catherine Buckley

Catherine Buckley is an experienced finance executive with extensive expertise in directing financial operations across global regions including EMEA, Asia Pacific, and the Americas at QAD since 1998, currently serving as Chief of Staff and Vice President Global Finance Operations. Catherine specializes in M&A support, acquisitions integration, and operational restructuring, alongside transitioning to Shared Services in India. Previous roles include Vice President Finance for the EMEA Region, Director of Global Financial Operations, and Regional Financial Controller at QAD, as well as positions at Novell, Frame Technology (Adobe), Price Waterhouse Management Consultants, and Apple. Catherine holds an MBA with distinction from the University of Warwick and is a Chartered Accountant, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, and Business from the University of Limerick.
