Dori Milej-Smith has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Dori started their career in 2000 at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where they worked as a Manager for several years. In 2008, they joined QAD as a Finance Operations & Compliance Auditor. Dori then went on to hold various roles within QAD, including Business Process Analyst, Finance Controller for the UK, EMEA Shared Services Manager, and Manager of Global Accounting Operations. Currently, they are the Global Accounting Director at QAD, where they are responsible for managing global finance teams, leading the transition from public to private company, creating remote teams, driving standardization of finance processes, and implementing intelligent automation projects. Dori Milej-Smith holds an FCCA qualification and an MSc degree.

Dori Milej-Smith FCCA MSc began their education at Prywatne LO ss Urszulanek from 1989 to 1994. They then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance at AGH University of Krakow from 1994 to 1999, graduating with a Master of Science (MSc) Engineer. Following this, they enrolled at ACCA from 2000 to 2003.
