Elma Kane

Elma Kane has over 25 years of experience in the software quality assurance field, currently serving as a Senior Software QA Manager at QAD since January 2000, with prior roles including Staff QA Engineer, QA Lead, Senior Quality Analyst, and Quality Analyst. Previous experience includes working as a Quality Analyst at Software Architects Intl (SAI) Ltd and as a Software Tester at Kindle Banking Systems Ltd. Elma began the professional career at WestLB Ireland Ltd, where responsibilities included serving as Assistant Manager in the Lending Department. Elma holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin, obtained between 1984 and 1987.
