Katie K. is a seasoned professional in human resources and music, currently serving as a Senior People Services Partner at QAD since May 2022, focusing on the North America Region within a global HR framework. Prior to this role, Katie held positions such as Senior Human Resources Specialist at Target and Human Resources Manager at Rastelli Foods Group, managing teams and overseeing employee performance and HR processes. In addition to HR experience, Katie has an extensive background as a woodwind musician, actively performing in the pit orchestra at Levoy Theatre and as a substitute musician at The Summer Club. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science in General Studies with a minor in Human Resource Management from Wilmington University and an Associate of Arts in Secondary Education from Cumberland County College.
