Mario Pena

Mario Pena is a versatile commercial and transactional attorney with extensive experience in both law firm and in-house environments. They have served as Deputy General Counsel at QAD and have been the General Counsel for Redzone, while also holding senior legal positions at Diageo North America, Diebold Nixdorf, and Wincor Nixdorf. Prior to their corporate roles, Mario practiced as a solo general practitioner, with a focus on serving Spanish-speaking clients in various legal fields. They earned a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and hold an MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business.
