Oscar Dsouza

Oscar Dsouza has a diverse work experience in various companies and sectors. Oscar started their career as an Officer Intern at ICICI Bank, where they handled customer queries and worked on setting up a new branch. Oscar then worked as a Management Trainee at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services, where they worked on financial services and client management. Oscar also had an internship at the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, where they worked in the Listing and Compliance department. Later, they worked as a Research Analyst Intern at the London School of Economics. Oscar then transitioned into the recruitment field, working as a Vertical Market Specialist, Specialist Recruitment Consultant, and Senior Consultant at Huxley Banking & Financial Services, Native (Altor Executive Search), and Aquis Search respectively. Currently, they are working as a Talent Acquisition Principal and Team Lead for APAC at QAD, Inc., specializing in cloud-based enterprise software and services for global manufacturing companies.
