Sakinah Higgs

Sakinah Higgs, SHRM-SCP, has extensive work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Sakinah has held various positions in different companies, including QAD and PHH Mortgage. Sakinah has served as a Business HR Director and a Senior HR Business Partner at QAD, where they collaborated with management to implement human capital strategies and improve business performance. At PHH Mortgage, they worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, developing recruitment strategies and staffing positions across multiple locations. Sakinah also served as a Human Resources Business Partner and a Senior Employee Relations Specialist, providing consultation and partnership to client groups and leading the achievement of business objectives. Additionally, Sakinah has experience as a Yoga Instructor at OHMGrown Yoga and as a Training Coordinator and Associate Recruiter at PHH Mortgage.

Sakinah Higgs, SHRM-SCP, holds a Masters of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Joseph's University, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they received a BA degree in Africana Studies and Communication from Rutgers University, where they studied from 1995 to 2000.
