Sreekumar S.

Sreekumar S. has a wide range of work experience in technical support and management roles. Sreekumar started their career in 1994 as a Network Administrator with the Department of Health, Government of Delhi, and worked there for ten years. Sreekumar then moved on to Fortis Healthcare, where they served as a Senior Network Support Specialist. In 2005, they joined SlashSupport as a Manager of Technical Support before transitioning to Infoblox in 2007. At Infoblox, they held various roles including Manager, Director, and Senior Director of Technical Support until 2020. Sreekumar then joined Nutanix as Senior Director of Worldwide Support and later moved to ThoughtSpot as Senior Director of Systems Reliability Engineering. Currently, they are working as the Vice President of Global Technical Support at QAD.

Sreekumar S. holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Manipal University and a Bachelor's degree from Delhi University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Leading Through Personal Excellence" from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and "Fostering Inclusion and Diversity" from Yale School of Management.
