Vikas Srivastava

Vikas Srivastava has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Vikas is currently working as a Principal Software Engineer at QAD since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Java Developer at Version 1 from September 2021 to November 2022.

Before these roles, Vikas was a Senior Software Engineer at Sidero Ltd from July 2018 to September 2021, where they worked on designing and developing Telecom Domain Applications. Vikas was responsible for troubleshooting applications, analyzing thread dumps and tcp dumps, and tuning memory parameters for performance improvement.

Vikas also worked as a Technical Lead at Trigyn Technologies from January 2017 to February 2018, where they designed and developed applications for the World Intellectual Property Organization on Java-related technologies.

Vikas has also held positions such as Senior Software Consultant at the Ministry of Finance Rwanda from July 2014 to December 2016, and Senior Software Developer at E-tools C.A from February 2010 to present. Additionally, Vikas has experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Daffodil Software Ltd from January 2008 to January 2010, and as a Senior Lecturer at JSS Academy of Technical Education from January 2007 to January 2008, and at Institute of Management & Research from January 2006 to January 2007.

Vikas Srivastava holds a Master of Technology degree in Computer Science from Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University from 2001 to 2003. Vikas also obtained an A Level Certification in Computer Science and Technology from DOEACC from 1999 to 2001. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from St. Andrews College, which they completed from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services in 2019 and Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer from Oracle in 2018.
