Xavier Balaguer

Xavier Balaguer has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. Xavier started their career at T-Systems in 2005 as a Software Engineer. Later, they joined QAD in 2005 as an EDI Consultant and progressed to various leadership roles, including EDI Team Leader, EDI Competence Center Manager, Interoperability EMEA Delivery Manager, and Interoperability Global Solutions Manager. In 2020, they became the CTS Global Business Units Solutions Sr. Manager at QAD, and in 2021, they were promoted to CTS Global Business Units Solutions Director. Currently, they hold the position of Director, R&D Engineering & Technology at QAD. Xavier Balaguer has a strong background and expertise in EDI and interoperability solutions.

Xavier Balaguer attended the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 1998 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in Telecomunications Engineering. Xavier also holds certifications in DevOps from IEBS and Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org, both obtained in 2023. In addition, they earned the APICS CPIM certification in Basics of Supply Chain Management from APICS in 2015.
