Aditi Pany is the Founder and CEO of Qalara, a global B2B digital marketplace launched in 2020, specializing in consciously designed products including artisanal, handmade, eco-friendly, and organic items across various lifestyle categories. Prior to Qalara, Aditi served as Chief Operating Officer at AJIO.com from 2015 to July 2019 and was involved with Reliance Trends in the CEO's Office from 2011 to 2015. Aditi's experience also includes roles in entrepreneurial programs, product management, and as a senior associate at Ashoka: Innovators for the Public. Aditi holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a combined B.E. and M.Sc. in Electronics & Electrical Engineering and Economics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
