Daniel Cheung

Product Specialist

Daniel Cheung has extensive experience in the information technology and service delivery sectors, currently serving as a Product Specialist and previously holding roles such as Service Delivery Lead, Infrastructure and Security Lead, and Senior Analyst at Qantas from June 2013 to the present. Prior to Qantas, Daniel worked at StarTrack from September 2005 to June 2013, progressing from IT Helpdesk Systems Support to Senior CRM Systems Specialist. Daniel's career began at TPG Internet as a Customer Service Officer in 2004-2005. Academically, Daniel holds a Bachelor of Information Technology and a Bachelor of Computer Science, both obtained from Western Sydney University. Education was completed at Menai High School from 1995 to 2000.
