Daniel Harrison is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Finance Business Partner Lead at Qantas since February 2023, Daniel previously held several key positions at FLSmidth from July 2008 to February 2023, including Manager Financial Risk for Global Projects, Group Finance Business Controller, and Regional Business Controller for North America Minerals. Daniel also has a strong background in project management within group finance, notably leading the implementation of records to report automation projects in North America. Additionally, expertise in business process implementation and stakeholder engagement was developed through roles as a Business Process Expert and an Undergraduate Accountant. Daniel holds a CPA in Accounting from CPA Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting from the University of Newcastle.
