Jon Harbour

Jon Harbour is the Design Lead at Qantas, currently focused on leading the design of innovative supply chain solutions. With over twenty years of international experience, they have a strong background in project management and system implementation across diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals and retail. Previously, Jon held roles at Manhattan Associates, where they specialized in supply chain execution systems, and DHL Supply Chain, where they optimized warehouse management systems. They began their career as a Senior Programmer and earned a BSc in Computer Science from Royal Holloway, University of London.
