Jonathon Deans

Jonathon Deans is a purpose-driven strategy and transformation leader with over 15 years of experience in driving large-scale, strategic change in complex environments. They currently serve as the Head of Portfolio Management at Qantas, where they leverage their extensive background in business transformation and change management to drive impactful results. Jonathon has previously held significant roles in the NSW Government, including Enterprise Transformation Executive and Insights Lead at Transport for London, where they focused on data-driven performance optimization. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Wollongong and a Master's in Public Policy from the University of Sydney, graduating with distinction.
