Laura Lam has extensive experience in marketing performance and strategic insights within the airline industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Marketing Performance at Qantas since March 2016. Previously, Laura held various positions at Qantas, including Acting Senior Manager of Strategic Insights and Manager of Channel Performance, Analytics & Insights. Prior to joining Qantas, Laura worked at Zurich Financial Services Australia as a Commercial Portfolio Analyst and SME Packages Underwriter. Laura holds a Master of Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce/Economics, with a focus on Actuarial Studies, Economics, and Finance, both from UNSW, and completed secondary education at Sydney Girls High School.
