James (Jim) Scott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and consulting, currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at QANTM IP since January 2022. Jim has been the Business Owner and Managing CEO of The Network People since 1991. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Technical Analyst at Cleanaway Waste Management and a Senior Technical Business Analyst at the Department of Transport and Main Roads, contributing to significant projects such as the Smart Ticketing Project.
