Lotfi Bensaadi

Lotfi Bensaadi has extensive experience in client relationship management and operational deployment within the digital solutions sector, currently serving as Chargé d’affaires at QAPA since November 2017. Responsibilities include ensuring client satisfaction, managing a portfolio of approximately 43 clients with a monthly revenue of 500K€, and overseeing the operational deployment of awarded tenders. Previous roles include Assistant responsable community management at Bimo, where Lotfi developed partnership strategies to enhance brand visibility, and Conseiller client at Webhelp Enterprise, focused on client portfolio development and customer satisfaction. Lotfi holds a Master 2 in International Management and a certificate in international business from Groupe IEA, as well as a BTS in Finance and Accounting from EFTG.
