Maggie Nelson Pressly

Maggie Nelson Pressly has held various legal roles since 2010. Maggie began as a Law Clerk at Newmeyer & Dillion in 2010, followed by a Law Clerk position at Grant, Genovese & Baratta, LLP in 2011. Maggie also served as a Judicial Intern for Honorable Maurice Hicks in 2011. In 2012, they took on the role of Law Intern at Goranson Bain, PLLC. In 2013, they were a Judicial Law Clerk at the Louisiana First District Court. In 2014, they were a Judicial Clerk at the United States District Court. From 2017 to 2020, they were employed as a Contract Attorney, Associate at Bradley Murchison Kelly & Shea LLC, and Director of Legal Services and Contract Manager at Q'Apel Medical, Inc.

Maggie Nelson Pressly attended Chapman University Fowler School of Law from 2009 to 2012, where they earned their Doctor of Law (J.D.). Prior to that, they attended Georgetown University from 2005 to 2009 and earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government.
