Natalie Molina-Pabley

Natalie Molina-Pabley has been working in the Quality Engineering field since 2018. Natalie is currently employed as a Quality Engineer at Q'Apel Medical, Inc., a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were a Quality Engineer III, Quality Engineer II, and Quality Engineer I at Nordson MEDICAL from 2018 to 2021. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Clinical Trial Associate at ProTrials Research, where they were responsible for obtaining, reviewing, processing, and tracking study related documents. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Clinical and Regulatory Intern at Nevro, where they maintained paper and electronic documentation supportive of US and OUS Trial Master Opportunities. Finally, from 2014 to 2016, they were a Student Administrative Assistant at Spartan Shops Inc., where they were responsible for compiling sales reports for the Union Square's 8 food service units.

Natalie Molina-Pabley attended San Jose State University from 2011 to 2016, where they studied Biomedical/Medical Engineering and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering. Natalie has also obtained several certifications, including a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from the Management and Strategy Institute in September 2019, an ISO 13485:2016 Lead Auditor (TPECS) from BSI in February 2019, a FDA CDRH Learn Part 1a - Good Clinical Practice 101: An Introduction from FDA & CDRH in May 2015, a FDA CDRH Learn Part 1b: Introduction to the Bioresearch Monitoring Program from FDA & CDRH in May 2015, and a FDA CDRH Learn 510(k) and 513(g) Educational Video Training from FDA & CDRH in April 2015.
