Esha Sukthankar Jain

Esha Sukthankar Jain has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Esha began their career as an Articled Assistant at B D Jokhakar & Co, followed by an Audit Assistant at P S Prabhudesai and Co Chartered Accountants in 2010. In 2012, they became a Chartered Accountant at EY. In 2014, they were an Associate Vice President at HSBC. In 2015, they were a Deputy Manager at Deloitte. From 2016 to 2018, they were an Assistant Manager at PwC. Since 2018, they have been a Principal Consultant and Assistant Manager at ESOP Direct. Most recently, they have been a Lead at Qapita - CapTable & ESOP Management Platform since 2021.

Esha Sukthankar Jain has a diverse educational background. Esha began their studies in 2004 at Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in 2009. Esha then attended the University of Mumbai, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom in 2009. From 2007 to 2012, they attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and earned a Chartered Accountant in Taxation. Additionally, from 2009 to 2011, they attended The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and obtained a Company Secretary in Tax Law/Taxation. Finally, they are currently studying at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India to obtain a Company Secretary.
