Pallavi Nautiyal has over 15 years of experience in the corporate and technology sectors. In 2021, they became the Regional Head - North for Qapita - CapTable & ESOP Management Platform, a Singapore headquartered digital equity management platform for private companies. In 2020, they co-founded Unlimited Ventures. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Co-Founder of Zillion Space, a tech-driven commercial real estate (CRE) platform. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Cofounder - Marketing and Operations of Zillion Dreams, a mobile-first proptech platform focused on real estate owners, developers and brokers. From 2009 to 2014, they were the Lead - Human Capital of Adarsh Group, a diversified business group with interests in real estate, telecom services, financial services & micro-finance. In 2008, they were a Management Intern at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc. enhancing the Employee Referral Process. In 2005, they were a Business Analyst Intern at CMPDI (Central Mine Planning & Design Institute).
