Oskar Pawlicki

Oskar Pawlicki is a co-founder of Qarbon IT, where Oskar develops and implements sales strategies, driving revenue growth and market share expansion. With experience as a Director of Strategic Partnerships and a Strategic Partnerships Manager, Oskar actively identifies and pursues new partnership opportunities and evaluates potential partners for strategic collaboration. Prior to Qarbon IT, Oskar held various roles at Idego Group, including Strategic Partnerships Manager, Head of Business Development, and Sales & Marketing Specialist, focusing on growth strategies and sales initiatives. Oskar's professional journey began with an internship at the European Parliament, assisting in research and analysis. Oskar holds a Master in Management and Business Development from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Gdańsk and is currently pursuing further education at Harvard Business School Online.
