QAS.AI is building real-time intraoperative AI for neurovascular care. Our platform integrates into angiography workflow and provides actionable treatment insight while the patient is still on the table. We are initially focused on intracranial aneurysm treatment, helping physicians reduce uncertainty, improve procedural decisions, and decrease retreatments. QAS.AI is a University at Buffalo spinout with clinical integration work across leading imaging environments, strong non-dilutive funding traction, and a clear FDA de novo regulatory path. Our mission is to end the guesswork in brain surgery through real-time intraoperative AI.
