DJ Dino has over 10 years of work experience in customer service and operations. From 2012 to 2017, they worked for Transcom as a Samsung Electronics Australia -Retail/Claims/eCommerce (Back Office) and Samsung Electronics Australia-WG Technical Support Specialist. In 2017, they were a Loyalty Advisor GetGo Rewards by Cebu Pacific for i-Tech Global Business Solutions, Inc. In 2018, they worked as a Live Chat Support Representative for Digital Room (Philippines) Inc. From 2019 to 2022, they worked for StoreHub as a Customer Care Representative and for Qashier as an Operations Manager and Merchant Operation Executive.

DJ Dino obtained a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education (Undergrad) in English from Southern Luzon Techonological College Foundation Inc. between 2010 and 2011.
