Lovely Tan has worked in the recruitment industry for over 10 years. Lovely started their career in 2010 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Teletech Customer Care Management Philippines Inc. Lovely then moved to Q2 HR Solutions in 2013, where they served as a Senior Recruitment Consultant until 2014. In 2017, they joined STERLING PAPER PRODUCTS ENTERPRISES, INC. as an Assistant Recruitment Manager. Later that same year, they joined Manila Recruitment as a Career Consultant. In 2019, they moved to Ninja Van as a Recruitment Manager, where they achieved the milestones of hiring and onboarding 1000+ people (back office/ officers and up) in FY2021, and 6800+ ground staff in FY2021. In 2022, they joined Qashier as a Country People Manager.

Lovely Tan attended Udemy Academy in 2016, where they studied Operations Management. Lovely then attended University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
