Edward Ovares Villegas

Edward Ovares Villegas is a skilled software developer with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica. Currently employed at QAT Global since February 2019, Edward has successfully defined and implemented a Java 11 migration methodology and developed a Python script to enhance integration test analysis. Prior experience includes a role as a Student Software Developer at Centro de Investigación y de Servicios Químicos y Microbiológicos CEQIATEC, where Edward created a hybrid mobile app and a local application for efficient laboratory sample tracking and labeling. Edward also gained foundational experience in IT management at Tecnológico de Costa Rica and conducted a professional practice at Barceló Tambor.
