Maha Soliman

Maha Soliman is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as a Senior Secretary at Qatalum since February 2008. In this role, Maha is actively involved in the Qatarization Steering Committee, responsible for preparing the Qatarization Annual Report, managing national recruitment processes, and handling various agreements and contracts for national candidates and employees. Additionally, Maha acts as a focal point for the Ministry of Development's Kawader program and manages scholarship agreements, training documents, and departmental reports. Prior to Qatalum, Maha held roles at Qatar Fuel Additives Co. (QAFAC) as a Secretary and Senior Clerk from 1997 to 2008, contributing to routine correspondence, meeting coordination, and diary management. Maha completed secondary education at Doha Secondary School from 1990 to 1992.
