Jason Dilullo

Jason joined Qatalyst in 2010, and was appointed President of the Firm in 2016. Prior to his promotion, Jason served as Head of the Firm’s Semiconductor Group. Jason has over 25 years of strategic advisory experience, almost all of which have been focused on the global technology industry. Prior to Qatalyst, Jason was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Technology Mergers and Acquisitions, Americas at Credit Suisse. Previously, Jason worked with Frank and George at Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley. He has advised on well over 100 completed transactions representing $200B+ of value, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, hostile takeovers and defense, leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations, spin-offs and financings.

Since joining Qatalyst, Jason has announced or completed transactions with Atheros Communications, Atmel, Cavium, Conexant Systems, Cypress Semiconductor, Dialog Semiconductor, Fusion-io, InvenSense, Isilon Systems, Jasper, Kiva Systems, KLA-Tencor, Linear Technology, LSI, Luxtera, Magma Design Automation, National Semiconductor, NetLogic Microsystems, NetSuite, Nicira, NXP Semiconductors, Pliant Technology, PMC-Sierra, QLogic, Quantenna Communications, SandForce, SeaMicro, Standard Microsystems, Tensilica and Validity. His past clients have included 3Com, AMCC, ATI Technologies, ATIC (the Advanced Technology Investment Company of Abu Dhabi), C-Cube, Digital Island, Informix, Intel, Komag, The Learning Company, Marvell Semiconductor, MMC Networks, Nuance Communications, Nortel, NXP Semiconductor, ON Semiconductor, Oracle, Philips, Photon Dynamics, Pixar Animation Studios, Seagate, Siemens, VeriFone and Wind River Systems.

Jason is originally from Lower Merion, Pennsylvania and received an A.B., with honors, in Organizational Behavior and Management and International Relations from Brown University.
