Elham abu Khadrah

Elham Abu Khadrah is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner for Flight Operations and Technical & QE at Qatar Airways since January 2022, Elham previously worked as a Human Resources Manager at MATCH Hospitality AG, overseeing HR functions for the FIFA Hospitality Programme during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™. Prior experience includes serving as Group HR Manager at EMEC-Qatar, managing HR strategic planning for multiple companies, and leading HR initiatives at Libanet-Jordan Airport & Aircraft Service Industry, where significant improvements in HR policy structure were achieved. Elham started HR career as an HR Administrator at Abu Khader Group, providing HR support for BMW and General Motors. Elham holds a CIPD qualification in Human Resources Development and a BA in Modern Languages from the University of Jordan.
