Kazim Sumbal

Kazim Sumbal serves as the Head of IT PMO at Qatar Airways since December 2020, focusing on building an Agile PMO and governance framework to enhance business agility. Previous experience includes roles as Agile Tribe Enabler and Senior Project Manager at Spark New Zealand, where Kazim implemented Agile methodologies and led IT transformation projects. Kazim also worked as Program Manager at Saudi Telecom Company, establishing IT PMO processes and successfully implementing Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management systems. Early career highlights include project management at Teradata and business development at NADRA. Kazim holds a Masters in Management from ESCP Business School and an MBA from the Asian Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
