Xia Cai

Xia Cai has a BA in Design/Art Education from UNSW. Xia has held various roles in the aviation industry, including Senior Vice President roles at Oman Air and Qatar Airways. Xia was also a Co-Founder at Muscat Hospitality Academy and an Advisor at Riyadh Air. With experience in product development, branding, and guest experience, Xia has worked on various fleet programs and collaborations in the airline industry. Additionally, Xia has experience as a Design Consultant at Performa Global Limited and as a Lecturer at City, University of London.
