Tamer Yousry Tharwat has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Tamer Yousry started their career as a Web Developer at VetSoft, where they developed C# .NET applications. Tamer Yousry then transitioned to AFM Office as a Senior Web Developer, where they worked with ASP.NET and Oracle to develop a web application for the Urban Observatory in Al Medina, KSA.

Tharwat's next position was as a Senior Web Developer at Exa Information Technology, where they delivered innovative service offerings and designed successful websites. Tamer Yousry then joined alfanar Co. as a Software Team Leader, where they successfully delivered key functionalities for automating workflow processes and provided leadership to a software development team. Additionally, Tharwat worked as an SAP BI Consultant at alfanar Co., managing large and complex SAP BI initiatives and simplifying data manipulation using SAP Business Objects.

Tharwat later joined Qatar Development Bank as a Solutions Architect, BI Consultant, and Project Manager. In this role, they delivered business insights and spearheaded the implementation of banking applications across different departments.
