Nasser Altaweel

Nasser Altaweel currently serves as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Legal Officer at Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) Authority since December 2015. Prior to this role, Nasser held various legal counsel positions at Shell from February 2010 to December 2015, including work in project law, litigation, and mergers and acquisitions. Nasser also completed a legal internship at Simmons & Simmons Middle East in late 2010. Nasser's academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Leeds (2006-2009) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (LPC) from the College of Law (2012-2014).
