Yousuf al-Jaida

Yousuf Al-Jaida has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Yousuf started their career in 2001 as an Electrical Engineer at Qatar Petroleum and later worked as an Electrical Engineer at Dolphin Energy. In 2005, they joined the General Retirement and Social Insurance Authority - Qatar as the Head of Investments, a position they held until 2010. During their time there, they also interned at Wafra Inc. as an Analyst. In 2010, Yousuf joined Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) Authority as the Director of Asset Management & Banking, and later became the Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer. Since 2015, they have been serving as the Chief Executive Officer & Board Member at Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) Authority.

Yousuf Al-Jaida completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Arizona in the period from 1997 to 2001. Yousuf also pursued a Minor in Finance, General during the same period at the same institution.
