Onur Karasoy has held various roles throughout their career in the human resources field. Onur began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at IKY Human Resource and Management Consultant before moving on to become a Human Resources Specialist. Onur later joined Tohum Holding as a Human Resources Specialist before transitioning to Türk Telekom as a Talent and Development Executive. Onur then worked as a Recruitment and Development Manager at Nuh Çimento Grubu. Onur then joined DeFacto as a Manager and Human Resources Director, where they were responsible for talent management, career planning, competency and succession strategies. Onur went on to work at Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros. Co. W.L.L. as the Head of Talent Management. Currently, they serve as the Head of Human Resources at Qatar Insurance Group.
Onur Karasoy attended Kocaeli University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a GPA of 3.02 out of 4. Later, they pursued their Master's degree in Management and Organization at the same university from 2003 to 2005, achieving a GPA of 3.62 out of 4.
