Parker Rhea

Parker Rhea has extensive experience in real estate investments, currently serving at Qatar Investment Authority in Real Estate Investments since January 2023. Prior to this, Parker held various senior roles at JLP Asset Management, including Senior Vice President and Vice President, focusing on real estate securities and special situations across multiple sectors such as industrial, logistics, data centers, and healthcare. Earlier experience includes positions at Chilton Capital Management, where Parker managed a $600 million REIT-dedicated mutual fund, and KeyPoint Capital Management, leading coverage of equity REITs and REOCs. Academic qualifications include a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Finance from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas. Parker's career commenced with roles at Peloton Commercial Real Estate, JPI, and The Staubach Company, building a strong foundation in real estate acquisition, development, and analysis.
