Ahmed Elsherbeny has diverse work experience in the banking industry. Ahmed started their career in 2013 at Qatar First Bank, where they worked as a Cards Operation Officer and Call Center Team Leader, communicating with NI on a daily basis. In 2015, they joined The Group as a Credit Card Operations Specialist, where they conducted bank statement analysis, processed credit limit requests, and printed new credit cards. In 2017, they became a Senior Customer Service Officer at The Group, handling customer complaints, processing card applications, and managing cash and cheque deposits. Currently, Ahmed works at Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) as a Retail Banking Sales Officer, selling various retail bank products and utilizing cross-selling opportunities. Ahmed ensures accurate documentation and maintains customer confidentiality while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Ahmed Elsherbeny obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Mansoura University. Ahmed attended the university from 2000 to 2024.
