Imane Iles has a diverse work experience in the banking sector. Imane started their career at Banque d'Algerie in 1998 as a Chargé d'études, where they conducted feasibility studies and produced market and economic reports. Imane then joined BNP Paribas as a Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking, where they managed and grew the client portfolio. Iles then moved to HSBC as a Senior Relationship Manager and Team Leader, responsible for building the bank's business base in Algeria and leading a team of new Relationship Managers. Imane later joined Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) as a Senior Relationship Manager in both Corporate Banking and Financial Institutions, managing relationships with financial institutions and correspondent banks globally, diversifying investment, and introducing Sharia compliant products. Later, in 2003, Imane Iles earned another Master's Degree in Economic Analysis and International Development from Université d'Auvergne in France.
