Wajid Unar has a strong background in technology and digital application development. Wajid is currently the Head of Digital Application Development & IT Support at Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB), a role they began in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Deloitte as the Head of Architecture & Engineering from September 2021 to March 2023. Wajid also held the position of Senior Manager at Deloitte Digital from May 2013 to March 2023. Before joining Deloitte, Wajid worked as a Technology Consultant at Accenture from October 2011 to May 2013. Wajid started their career as a Software Engineer at GfK in June 2007 and worked there until June 2009.
