Abdulrahman al-Ishaq

Abdulrahman Al-Ishaq has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Abdulrahman began their career at Qatari Diar as an Architect from 2009 to 2014. Abdulrahman then joined Gulf Organisation for Research & Development as a Member of the Board of Directors from 2013 to 2018. In 2014, Abdulrahman moved to Lusail City, where they worked as a Sr. Architect until 2016 and then became the Master Planning Manager until 2018. Abdulrahman also worked at IN-Q Enterprises (WLL) by Qatar Museums as a Member of the Board of Directors from 2019 onwards. Currently, Abdulrahman holds the positions of Head of Public Art (2018-2020) and Director of Public Art (from December 2020) at Qatar Museums.

Abdulrahman Al-Ishaq's education history includes a Master's degree in Architecture and Urban Design (MSAUD) from Columbia University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering at Ajman University from 2002 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Abdulrahman has acquired several certifications. Abdulrahman obtained a certification in Strategic Negotiations from the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management in February 2021. In November 2020, they completed the Executive program on Interpersonal Communication: Strategies for Executives at MIT Sloan School of Management. In September 2020, Abdulrahman obtained a Diploma in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online.

Moreover, they are an Associate Value Specialist, certified by SAVE International Certification Board since December 2011. Furthermore, Abdulrahman earned the GSAS - Certified Green Professional recognition from the Gulf Organisation for Research & Development in November 2009.
