Ayaz Rauf

Ayaz Rauf is an experienced professional in the museum and art management sector, currently serving as a Collections Specialist and Collections Coordinator at Qatar Museums since December 2021. With a background as a Co-Founder at Autofix QA since June 2018, Rauf has also worked as an Associate Consultant at Barker Langham from November 2021 to June 2023, focusing on strategy development for art management, exhibition proposals, and content creation. Previous roles include serving as a Contemporary Art Specialist and Communications and Marketing Coordinator at Sheikh Faisal Bin Qassim Al Thani Museum from January 2017 to December 2019 and a Research Assistant at the Smithsonian Institution in 2018. Rauf holds a Master of Arts in Museology/Museum Studies from UCL and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting & Printmaking with a minor in Art History from Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts.
