Se Hee Jang

Se Hee Jang has a diverse work experience in the fields of visual design, art education, and teaching. They have worked as a Visual Designer at Qatar Museums since October 2022, where they have created digital content and conducted creative workshops aligned with the museum's vision. Prior to that, they worked as an Artist and Art Educator at Qatar Museums from July 2019 to October 2022.

In addition to their work at Qatar Museums, Se Hee Jang has also worked as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Virginia Commonwealth University from January 2020 to May 2020. Before that, they held various roles at the same university, including Community Class Instructor, MFA Product Designer, Digital Fabrication Lab Monitor, Tasmeen Hekayat Workshop Leader, Teaching Assistant, and Student Library Assistant, between 2013 and 2019.

Furthermore, Se Hee Jang gained experience in graphic design as a Graphic Design Intern at Memac Ogilvy from January to April 2017, where they assisted in the creative department on client-based projects. They also had an internship at Qatar Museums from November 2014 to January 2015.

Overall, Se Hee Jang has a well-rounded background in visual design, art education, teaching, and graphic design, with experience in both professional and educational settings.

Se Hee Jang completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Painting and Printmaking/ Art History from Virginia Commonwealth University, attending from 2013 to 2017. Following this, Se Hee Jang pursued a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Design Studies at Virginia Commonwealth University, from 2017 to 2019.
