Ahmed Hegazy

Ahmed Hegazy holds a PhD in Economics and has extensive experience in the banking and finance sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Governance Department and Head of Investors Relations at QNB Group since April 2013, Ahmed also oversees compliance regulatory and new products. Prior experience includes a role as Basel 2 Manager at Societe Generale from June 2006 to March 2013 and as a Credit Officer at Misr International Bank from June 2003 to May 2006. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Cairo University, a Master's degree in Economics from Ain Shams University, and multiple certifications, including a Certified Credit Analyst from the Central Bank of Egypt and an International Corporate Governance Certificate.
