Huw Ifan, CFA, possesses extensive experience in risk management and financial control across leading financial institutions. As the Head of Strategic Risk Management and Head of ALM, Liquidity and Market Risk at QNB Group, Huw has demonstrated expertise in overseeing complex risk frameworks. Prior roles include Head of Market Risk and Risk MI at Ahli United Bank, Director of Treasury Middle Office at Barclays Bank, and Emerging Markets Financial Control at JP Morgan. Huw holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Economics and Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and is an alumnus of Ysgol Gyfun Penweddig, Aberystwyth.
